KofKaN Industrial Automation Panel
Custom control panel engineering for industrial systems
Overview
Control panel work is where electrical engineering and automation meet in a physical, inspectable form. KofKaN designs and builds panels around the machine they control: PLC or relay logic, motor starters, protection coordination, field sensor termination and industrial communication back to a supervisory layer. The emphasis is on panels that a local technician can read, trace and maintain years after commissioning.
System capabilities
Control logic
PLC or relay logic selected to match the complexity and service reality of the site.
Motor control
Direct-on-line, star-delta or drive-based starting with correctly coordinated protection.
Circuit protection
Breaker and overload selection sized to the load, with isolation designed for safe maintenance.
Sensor integration
Field instrumentation terminated, powered and conditioned inside the panel.
Operator interface
Pilot devices or HMI laid out so the machine state is readable at a glance.
Documentation
Schematics, terminal schedules and labelling delivered with the panel, not after it.
How it works
- 01Load and sequence requirements captured with the client
- 02Schematics, protection coordination and layout designed
- 03Panel built, wired, labelled and point-to-point tested
- 04Field devices terminated and loops verified on site
- 05Commissioning, operator handover and documentation
Applications
- Manufacturing
- Water and pumping systems
- Industrial facilities
- Process equipment
